Time Commitment
This is a 2-hour online workshop consisting of:
A brief refresher of the fundamentals of VC portfolio management
An overview of the principles of capital deployment and reserve planning and their roles in VC portfolio management
Detailed exploration of reserve allocation, including how to allocate reserves when making an investment, and for how many rounds
Understanding how to allocate reserves taking into account various outcomes on the deal (Base, Bull, Bear)

Instructors
