About Kauffman Fellows
Kauffman Fellows is a postgraduate education institution for venture capitalists early in their careers. Each year, we select 60 applicants out of more than a thousand to join the two-year program covering sessions on leadership, becoming a better investor, and building better firms. After graduation, the Fellows join over 940 venture capitalists in the industry's largest and most meaningful network of alumni.
The median years of VC investment experience for the last six cohorts at admission is 6.5, and each new class includes emerging managers (GPs), principals and partners of established firms, LPs, CVCs, and family offices. The geographic scope is half US, half RoW.
