​🌿 The Mindful Meetup – Special Edition: Symbols, Art & the Self 🎨

​Join us for a unique edition of The Mindful Meetup, where mindfulness meets artistic exploration. This gathering will take place in the serene setting of Cowork Funchal, alongside the evocative exhibition Desertas by artist and fellow Mindful Meetuper Orsolya.

​Together, we’ll reflect on the symbols that shape us, the parts of ourselves we long to express, and the quiet power of being witnessed. Through guided mindfulness, creative exploration, and a gentle walk through the artwork, we’ll turn inward — and outward — to explore what art can reveal about the self.

​You’ll be invited to create your own symbolic artwork using. No artistic experience is needed — just curiosity and an open heart.

​✨ This will be a smaller, more intimate group to allow space for deep sharing and creative flow.
