Looking inward as a path to resilience
The pace is accelerating. The demands keep growing, and it’s easy to lose touch with yourself.
This event offers a space to take a break, turn inward, and tune into your own signals – before your boundaries are pushed too far.
Through insight, regulation, and self-compassion, you’ll build inner capacity – for more balance, joy, and quality of life.
In a safe and supportive space, we’ll use reflection, and practical tools to help you land, breathe, and reconnect.
You’ll also meet others who value the same things – who want to take themselves seriously and make room for what often gets pushed aside.
You don’t need to perform or achieve anything – just show up as you are.
We will hear Leif Kristian Nestvold-Haugen, recently retired ski racer, now tech founder, tell his story. We’ll talk about his journey, level of ambitions and motivation, how he supports himself, deals with high expectations and responsibilities and deliver on his goals.
