🌊 Discover Serenity by the River 🌊
Dive into the essence of water at MAAT!
Led by Sara Montes of Gaya Immersions, this special yoga session explores the fluidity and adaptability of the water element. Reflect on its lessons for inner and outer harmony: are you flowing freely or feeling stagnant?
Open to all levels, we'll focus on the hips to release energy blockages and restore balance. Just as water finds stillness, we'll return to peace and center at the end of our practice.
Then, gear up for an underwater adventure without getting wet! Explore Nicolas Floc'h's exhibition, "The Color of Water," where every piece is like a dive into the deep blue. With our expert guides leading the way, you'll journey through a world of mesmerizing marine marvels. From psychedelic coral reefs to tranquil underwater vistas, each artwork beckons you to dive in and lose yourself in the beauty and importance of the sea.
Nothing better than starting your day with body and mind practice, especially in such good company ;)
