​Susan is the Vice President, Strategy, Innovation and Impact at the Equality Fund where she experiments at the intersections and edges of global grant making, gender lens investing, and feminist philanthropy. Before joining the Equality Fund, Susan had the privilege of working with clients around the world over a 25 year career as a management consultant, helping organizations and teams with strategy, innovation, leadership and learning. She is based in Ottawa, Canada and spends most of her free time having fun with her two boys.
