Meditation Re-Boot: 20 days/20 minutes per day
January 18–February 6, 8:30–9 am Want to start new habits and get into meditation daily? Want to level up the practice that you have now? Come and commit to sit for 20 consecutive days with the SF Dharma Collective, and begin 2022 with #goals. Perfect for beginner or intermediate practitioners who want more accountability and community.
Each day will include a a focused talk on moving your practice forward and a twenty-minute sit.

SFDC is a donation based community organization. We encourage participants to give what is comfortable. If you are not sure what to give, we suggest $10/class or $108 for the series.
Dr. Andrea Vecchione is a long time Buddhist practitioner, scholar, and writer. She has taught meditation and mindfulness techniques for the past twenty years. She now brings her knowledge of these philosophies and tools to her workshops and classes. She has been teaching with the SF Dharma Collective for two years, and offering a daily practice space since the pandemic began in March 2020.
