Join us on Sunday, 15 May at 11:00 am IST for a yoga lesson with Nishtha Bijlani as she explains how yoga can help improve your digestive system. 

The event will cover:

  • The ideal dinacharya ( daily routine) 

  • Learn how digestion impacts your mental & emotional health 

  • ​Demonstration: Yogic practices (kriyas & asanas) to strengthen one’s digestive system.

About Nishtha Bijlani:

​Nishtha Bijlani is a yoga teacher based out of Mumbai. She is an ex-media professional who turned to Yoga at a time when nothing else made sense. ​It's been 7 years of practicing, teaching, and sharing this ancient gift of yoga with people from all over India and abroad.​Her classes consist of yogic practices beautifully combined with philosophy and spirituality. Her teachings are based on the traditional methods of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
