About Nishtha Bijlani:
Nishtha Bijlani is a yoga teacher based out of Mumbai. She is an ex-media professional who turned to Yoga at a time when nothing else made sense. It's been 7 years of practicing, teaching, and sharing this ancient gift of yoga with people from all over India and abroad.Her classes consist of yogic practices beautifully combined with philosophy and spirituality. Her teachings are based on the traditional methods of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar.
