I teach yoga for holistic weight loss that focuses on stress release, movement, and core strength instead of fad diets.


After struggling with my weight, drug addiction and self esteem issues for over a decade. I finally hit rock bottom when my I lost my dad to heart disease. And after another several years of depression I ended up living out of a small office space after just breaking up with my long term girlfriend and losing my home. This is when I began to turn my life around, I was sick of the person staring back at me in the mirror. So, I decided enough was enough and began my journey towards sobriety, fitness and mental clarity. That is to say, having been to the darkest depths of my own soul and found ways to channel that energy to find happiness peace and fulfilment, I now feel ready and qualified to share what I have learnt to help others find true purpose and meaning in their lives. Most importantly, I'm here to serve you to the best of my ability with the skillsets I have acquired over the last 5 years. Because life is challenging, and we all need support, guidance and accountability!
