About Event

Join this integrative Pilates informed session which focuses on the pelvic floor and key posture muscles of the upper back. We use a foam roller, a light loop band and pilates ball to build body awareness, strengthen key alignment and balance 'chains of awareness'. You will see improvements in pain management, balance, muscle tone/ activation, core and hip strength, posture and energy levels.

This session is designed for all levels, with options of intensity offered. Sessions are a slow-moderate pace and set at an intensity that each participant can manage and control for their needs.

You will need:

~ a foam roller

~ a light loop resistance band

~ a mat

~ a Pilates ball
