Streamlining Your Marketing & Production Systems | Podcast Marketing Academy September Roundtable Series
There are two parts to successfully growing any podcast:
Creating something worth listening to
Getting it in front of the people you created it for (ie. marketing)
If you’re not growing as fast as you’d like, there’s a good chance it's because you’re spending way more time creating your show than you are marketing it.
One of the biggest reasons for this is likely that creating a great show simply takes a ton of time, leaving most creators little time to put towards what I like to think of as growth-oriented tasks.
In this live roundtable session, we’ll discuss systems, processes, and automations that you can put into place on both the production and marketing sides in order to get the most of the limited time you have and grow your show more efficiently.
The session will consist of 30-40 minutes of facilitated panel discussion followed by attendee Q&A.
