About Event

Are you a student or junior designer/PM looking to practice your collaborative skills? Tired of developing that brand new productivity app from the ground up at every hackathon? Vancouver Design Community and PM Hive is bringing you an epic one day event!

The Design x PM Jam aims to bridge the gap between the collaborative efforts of a development team, as well as provide a realistic case study to practice on!

In a team of 4-5, designers and PMs will come together to analyze, scope, and hash out the beginnings of a proposed solution to a problem.

Each team will have a design/PM mentor to help provide feedback and advice along the way.

9:30am Arrival
10am Introduction & Begin Jamming
12pm Lunch break
4:00pm Wrap up & Clean up
