Taiko Drum Show - Sagar is performing!
Taiko is a large drum originating in Japan. Come watch a performance of local folk banging sticks on giant drums! Here's what a Taiko performance looks like.
Tanvi and Sagar have been practicing Taiko at a local public high school across the past year and now the class is putting on a show! It's called "Drum Revolution Shinnenkai 2025". It'll have ~100 performers from all Bay Area and a professional Japanese+American Jazz Drummer and their group.

The performance is pretty loud, so concert ear gear recommended (I like Loop Experience 2 or your favorite BT earbuds in Transparency mode). We will also have 3M foam earplugs for you to use if you don't have any :)
Family Friendly in general though 2pm is bang in the middle of nap time for most babies. We will have our toddler there. If it's too loud, there's Junipero Serra Park with a Playground nearby. If you're coming from far, definitely make a day out of it.

Sagar's performance is likely around 330pm (won't know for sure till Early January. Past Taiko shows have run late according to veteran students)
Parking is easy. There will be snacks and drinks but please bring your own to consume and contribute potluck style!
