About Event

​Walk wherever you are (indoors or outdoors) and connect online. Leave feeling recharged with simple, doable actions.

​You will need:

  • ​A smartphone with access to Zoom and earphones. (Video is optional)

  • ​Somewhere relatively quiet with good connectivity outdoors (or indoors) that you feel safe to wander.

​An online coaching walk series designed for the Pip Club's Community

​Walking is fantastic for our physical and mental health. This one-hour online walk goes a step further to give you:

  • ​Space to breathe and be mindful

  • ​Time to connect, chat and laugh


​👣 Walk This Way November: Pace Yourself

​In this supportive, active, interactive session, we'll be exploring how you pace yourself.

​That is, how you can move forward at a consistent pace and continually review and plan as you go. You'll also gain space to breathe, be mindful, connect, chat, and laugh.


​About Anise Bullimore

​Anise makes coaching walks to recharge you. She believes that work is often much more stressful than it needs to be. In 2015, Anise created Walk Coach Learn to offer coaching walks that connect people, support with work stress, and explore how we can work in ways that are good for our wellbeing.

​Walking helps us support our physical and mental health, relieve stress, think better, improve our mood, and communicate more openly. Since the pandemic, she’s been getting people from different cities and countries to walk and talk together online – it’s been moving and uplifting!

​Anise has oodles of coaching qualifications and is a Mental Health First Aider. Her background is in Educational Technology in Higher Education.
