Resilience Mini Retreat: Movement × Mindfulness × Mindsets
Living and working globally comes with its unique set of challenges–different foods and environments, different norms, different accessibility, a need to build up your social support system in different ways than before. It’s only too easy for us to become overwhelmed, lonely, or to feel defeated at times.
But different doesn’t have to mean impossible.
In light of Mental Health Awareness Month we have designed a restorative and energizing afternoon of movement, mindset shifts, and mindfulness, co-led by Kiri Kobayashi and Katie Hurd.
In this special 1 hour 45 minute mini retreat, you’ll reconnect with your body, and plan to balance the conditions both in and outside of yourself to meet life’s challenges with greater calm and resilience.
🎁We'll also prepare a little selfcare bag for a little bit of pampering to enjoy after!
