  • Erick Salvatierra is a Revenue Growth Strategist with 9 years of experience scaling commercial operations. Recently turning his work to startups, Erick helps growing teams achieve profitable sustainable growth and is currently writing about the Climate Tech Movement. His mission is to connect the environment and climate with health outcomes.

  • Dale Wannen is the founder of Sustainvest Asset Management, an independent investment advisory firm and Sustainfolio, a digital investing platform. He has over 20 years experience in wealth management with a commitment to sustainable investing for 15 of those years. He currently sits as a Board of Director of nonprofits Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods and the Sonoma County Community Foundation. He recently published his first book, Don't Feed the Clowns: Sustainable Investing for Everyday Life.

  • Shivani Ganguly has been the CFO/COO at New Sun Road since 2019, where she leads finance, operations, and human resources. From 2018 to 2019, she was CFO at Credo Beauty, a leading clean beauty retailer. Shivani has worked in mission driven and sustainability focused organizations in tech, retail, and CPG, both internally and as a consultant, since 2010. Prior to that, she was part of the executive team that brought to market the world's smallest computer. She holds a BA from Stanford University in Science, Technology, and Society, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
