Bloomers Peer Learning Lab: Tackling Challenges in Social Impact Work
A Bloom in-person gathering to grapple with real challenges, share wisdom, and learn from fellow impact professionals.
Working in the social impact space can mean constantly adjusting to challenges — political, financial, internal…the list goes on. In this hands-on peer exchange, we’ll support each other in making sense of the bigger questions we’re facing now.
Come prepared with a real question that you or your organization is holding — something messy, unresolved, and alive.
It could be:
“How do I respond to this political turmoil affecting my organization?”
“How do we create a protocol that can better address [specific challenge]?”
Or something else entirely — personal, strategic, or operational.
Using participatory and peer learning formats, we’ll unpack these questions together, learn from each other, and harvest insights across different fields.
You’ll leave with:
Reflections and fresh ideas for your challenge
A sense of shared struggle and mutual support
Real connections with the Berlin Bloomers community
