​About the speaker:

​Thomas L. Sica, Esq. is an associate attorney with the law firm of Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti, P.C., an IP-boutique based in Albany, New York.  Thomas specializes in trademarks and has experience in all aspects of trademark law, including searches, applications, licensing, contracts, enforcement and litigation.  Thomas has earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
