Co.Lab exists to empower non-traditional tech talent to break into the industry - and that is exactly the goal of this event. Bloomberg Software Engineers Tuba Opel, Sara Parelhoff, and Eric Kurcz will be speaking on their respective journeys into the tech sphere and how they persevered through challenges such as imposter syndrome, building confidence, and differences in experience.
