​About the Session:

​In this 60-minute workshop, you'll learn how to repurpose existing content and align it with your values, story, and services to create a cohesive plan for Q2.

​About the Host:

​After 4 years teaching 3rd grade, she ditched telling stories to her students and now helps women share their stories online. She's the co-founder of Wave Enterprise Co. a social media & podcast management studio for female-owned wellness brands. She is also the co-host of the Ripple FX podcast— a show that explores the connections all around us & how they profoundly impact our lives. She has been traveling the world with her husband & cat for 6 years and is currently living in Malta.

​Prep Work:

​Bring your phone because we will be creating folders from your existing footage. Bring a pencil/notebook to jot down any key learnings. Also, ensure you have access to your top-performing content from last year (from your podcast, newsletter, blog, and social media platforms).
