​Who is Gemma Edwards?
Partner and Head of Transformation at No. 1 Accountancy Firm to Work For, Gemma's career started off very different to most. Rather than studying an Accounting & Finance degree, with a passion to help others she found herself studying nursing. However, quickly realising she was drawn to the mechanics behind the operation and not an actual ‘operation’, she made the decision to move into accounting, focused on understanding the mechanics behind a business, while still being able to help people along the way.

​High on empathy, Gemma loves nothing more than empowering the people around her to get them working to their strengths and loving what they do.
