​About the speakers:

• ​Tejal Shah is the Global Head of Talent at Kantar. She leads organisational effectiveness, talent and leadership, manager development and learning.  She is an award-winning, commercial strategic business transformation leader and focuses on adopting a “talent to value” approach to build a future-focused, skills-first organisation by developing home-grown leaders and empowering all colleagues to shape their career success. She enables sustainable transformations and AI digital adoption to improve productivity with human-centred change management. Tejal is a vocal advocate for inclusion and diversity with recognition on the Involve HERo’s Women Executive Role Model list for three successive years.  She founded and chaired Kantar’s largest
  employee resource group, Women at Kantar which drives positive change for women to ensure all women are empowered to bring their best selves to work where they feel seen, heard and valued.  Prior to that, Tejal was with Standard Chartered for 11 years in a variety of roles including leading strategic business transformations, investor relations and COO with a private equity and consulting background.  

• ​Kacie Walls is a strategic learning and development leader with 20+ years of experience driving global learning initiatives in cyber insurance, financial services, consulting, and HR tech. Currently Head of Learning & Development at Coalition, Inc., she builds enterprise-aligned programs that improve performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. She is the author of Succeed from the Middle and serves on the advisory board for the Global Skills Development Council. Based in the Chicago area, she holds a master’s degree in Communication.

• ​Alex Lapthorne is a experienced digital learning and training specialist with a background in building and enhancing educational programs across various industries. With over ten years of experience, Alex has worked with leading organizations such as Disguise, Medivet, and Lyphe Group to create impactful learning experiences that engage users, support professional growth, and help organizations achieve their training goals. Currently, as the Head of Training at Disguise, Alex leads Disguise Learn, an educational program designed to support the adoption of virtual production technology in the film and entertainment industries. By creating accessible learning content and developing resources to guide traditional filmmakers into new digital production methods, Alex has played a key role in expanding Disguise's presence in the virtual production space. His efforts have contributed to notable year-over-year revenue growth for the training department and earned Disguise multiple industry awards, including honours from the Brandon Hall Awards, Docebo Inspire, and Learning Awards.
