In this 60-minute session, you'll be guided through a rejuvenating breathwork practice to help you release tension, tap into your heart space, and reconnect with your inner calm. Breathwork is a powerful, accessible tool that supports emotional release, reduces stress, and enhances focus — making it the perfect midday reset for anyone navigating a demanding day.
We’ll seal the practice with a restorative sound bath featuring Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and bells. These ancient sounds and vibrations support deep relaxation and promote harmony in both mind and body — leaving you refreshed, recharged, and ready to move forward with greater clarity and creativity.
No experience is necessary — just come with curiosity and a willingness to unwind.

About the instructor
Katie Lemmert (she/her) is the creative behind Katie Did Design, specializing in both digital and print media, transforming ideas into visually compelling designs. Katie has 20 years of professional experience, including graphic design, logo design and branding, illustration, web design, print marketing materials, and digital graphics.
In 2021, Katie was interested in expanding her personal breathwork practice and diving deeper into self-healing so she attended David Elliott's Breathwork Healer Training at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in New York. The following year she went on to study at the Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School. She also traveled to New Mexico to take additional training hours for breathwork healing. She has completed her 200 YTT at The Yoga Dojo and she has also studied Meridian Yoga Therapy & Yin Yoga with Dr. Rose Erin Vaughan. Katie is passionate about all forms of healing and is an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (NADA 5-point protocol). Breathwork has been transformational for Katie, and she loves sharing the practice with her community. She is always welcoming new students and finding fresh ways to engage with and share her skills.
