About the Chef
Sashi Cheliah is a Singaporean-Australian Chef who's journey from an aspiring cook to a MasterChef champion reflects his unwavering commitment to the culinary arts. He is the winner of MasterChef Australia 10 with a record score of 93, the highest any finale has seen. Sashi opened his very own restaurant called "Gaja by Sashi" in Melbourne, and in quick succession, opened a second on in his hometown Adelaide. He also runs Pandan Club in Chennai, known for its exquisite Perankan cuisine offerings.
