Frame Shift is a guided photography workshop designed to help you reconnect with your creativity through presence, attention, and intuitive image-making.
One part observation. One part expression. Every part connection.

Blending cross-disciplinary techniques of play, photographic technique, neuroscience, and mindfulness practices, we will delve into :

  1. The art of decoding your inspiration

  2. Cultivate presence

  3. Distill visual expression

Ideal for anyone who feels the urge to create through photography.

About the Facilitator

Vanine is a documentary photographer and founder of the high-end interior design studio STUDIOVN. With roots in painting and sculpture, her visual practice has always been multidisciplinary, and photography became her language of introspection. Through her long-term project, VNFRAMES (@vnframes), she has documented life across 367 cities in 45 countries, capturing street scenes, landscapes, architecture, and cultural events for over 13 years. “For years, I drifted around cities and landscapes photographing, until I realized I’m meditating.
