About Event

All MTAI members are encouraged and welcome to attend these supervision sessions. It is not required to be currently teaching to attend. Deep Listening Peer Practice is a practice in community, whereby we deepen our capacity to be embodied in our present moment experience. The embodiment of the teacher is at the core of mindfulness based interventions. The skillfulness of listening deeply strengthens our awareness and our quality of presence. Deep Listening Peer Practice is a safe space where we learn to connect with ourselves and others from a place of being embodied.
