​Session One: Dealing with our Anxieties: We will Slay Your Frenemy Within + uncover and combat negative beliefs + and learn how to soothe ourselves with a customized personal affirmations

​Session Two: Seeing Ourselves for Real: We will Chart Your Own Course from the book (discover what drives us + learn techniques for self-validation + introduce gratitude into our lives (ugh, I used to hate gratitude)

​Session Three: Oprah Mind: We will work on uncovering our passions and bringing them more into our lives + BUYING THE LILIES – learning how to bring more ease and pleasantness into our lives
