Naples Tech Meetup
Welcome to Naples Tech Meetups of the Greater Naples area!
Our desire is to connect existing and aspiring entrepreneurs with Business Leaders, Key Opinion Leaders and Investors in an effort to make Naples one of the best places to do business in America.
We all know about the outstanding quality of life - but what about as a place to build innovation?
###
We are very proud of having the following entrepreneurs flying in to support our Meetup.
Agenda for April 17th
5pm-6pm: Arrival, open networking with participants.
6pm: Presentation of Key Leaders for the evening.
Sebastien Leduc, Managing Partner at Espresso V Corp and organizer of the Meetups, will present his vision for Naples as a hub for innovation and what's in the works for the coming 6 months. Between his Advisory Roles, his investments in promising organizations and his objective of building Naples Accelerator 2.0, he's passionate about Naples Tech Meetup and how this will be the trigger to a thriving business community.
Brook Bright, Private Wealth Advisor at Venture Visionary Partners, is graciously hosting us for this Meetup. Brook will explain his firm's approach to building a legacy as a successful entrepreneur, will mention about his journey to SWFL and why this area was selected as the new home for his firm.
Kyle York, CEO of York IE, as a guest speaker to our budding meetup group. In a brief presentation, Kyle will talk about his own journey as an Entrepreneur, as well as his reasons to believe Naples / SWFL Florida and secondary markets are innovation hubs in the making. Kyle is an investor, entrepreneur, and growth strategist, leading a global team of 200+ experts. Having helped scale companies like Dyn (acquired by Oracle for $600M) and Fastly (IPO'd in 2019 at a $13B Market Cap), his York IE portfolio includes Cranium, Pixaera, Lytica, Givzey, Cyberhaven, Canvs, Metadata, Ovation and Vetro, to name a few.
Daniel Valois, CPA, is the Co-Owner and Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at Progression, a leading B2B SaaS firm in the trades. Originally from the province au Quebec, he’s on his second Naples visit in two months, underscoring his commitment to Southwest Florida. A key figure in hundreds of Canadian tech investments, Daniel now drives the company's strategy and M&A while directing a digital training initiative for small businesses and non-profits.
Jean-Christophe Duchaine, CEO of Appcom, is a successful entrepreneur sharing both his passion for tech and car racing with Seb, the Naples Tech Meetup organizer. While he couldn't fly in his race car this time around, we are in for a treat with his offer of a $10k prize value to one attendee, with details presented during the evening of the Meetup. Stay until the end for it!

Naples Tech Meetups: 3 simple rules
1. Entrepreneurs First
Our objective is to help foster entrepreneurship and innovation in SWFL. We believe in community and synergy, to help existing and aspiring entrepreneurs build great companies from SWFL to the world.
2. Be Generous
We all have our businesses and projects to promote, but arrive to this group with an open mind and an objective to give to the community, first. Then magic happens.
3. Southern Hospitality
Be hospitable the Southern way. That's for sure something that attracted many of us to relocate to our beautiful paradise of SWFL. Let's keep ourselves courteous, respectful, constructive with each other. Anything else well ... not welcome here!
