Allen Finkelstein is the CEO and Founder of The Anecdote Group, a digital marketing agency that has generated hundreds of millions in revenue for its clients. He brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, growth, and leadership. Holding a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, Allen combines his legal expertise with a strong business acumen, enabling him to navigate complex business landscapes effectively. Before starting The Anecdote Group, Allen served as an executive in the color cosmetic industry. In this pivotal role, he was instrumental in building out various departments, including marketing, international sales, and accounting. Throughout his career, Allen has demonstrated a keen ability to develop and implement strategies that foster business growth and improve overall scale and performance. His expertise lies in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing operational processes, and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Bob Meers

Better for All CEO Bob Meers served as CEO of Lululemon Athletica, Inc., from December 2005 to June 2008, taking a then small Canadian yoga apparel business to a billion-dollar international public enterprise. Meers served as President of Reebok International for 15 years. During his tenure, the company grew from $13 million to $3.5 billion in sales. His experiences at the helm of multi-billion dollar companies gave him extraordinary insight into the large amount of waste that is produced simply from packaging. Inspired by the Braungart and McDonough’s book Cradle to Cradle, Meers co-founded Geosphere LLC, (operating under the trademark Better for All), to take on the challenge of single use plastic pollution. In Cradle to Cradle, the concept of waste is obsoleted: “everything can be engineered to either break down and nourish the soil as biological nutrients or be repurposed into high-quality materials—known as technical nutrients—for new products, without causing pollution.” (Fortune May 2024) This circular zero-waste concept continues to fuel the Better for All mission.

Charlie Hanna

Charlie Hanna is a Principal at Marcy Venture Partners (MVP), co-founded by Larry Marcus, Jay Brown and Jay-Z, investing in Consumer, Culture and Positive Impact. Prior to MVP, Charlie was an Associate at SWAT Equity Partners and Newark Venture Partners, with a focus on emerging consumer brands. Charlie also co-founded BitRights, a digital content licensing platform that helped creative enterprises license, monetize, and protect their digital assets. Previously, Charlie worked in brand partnerships at William Morris Endeavor and Paradigm Talent Agency in Los Angeles. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BA in Neuroscience and Philosophy from Wesleyan University.
