About Event

This year, Latina's working full time, year round make roughly $0.55 for every dollar earned by white, non-Hispanic men.

Closing out the year in October, Latinas are among the most adversely affected by the gender pay gap.

On average, Latinas in the U.S. are paid 45% less than white men and 30% less than white women.

It's time to level up Latina's earning potential!
