Fireside Convo & Book Launch with Paul Millerd @ The Commons
Join us for a discussion with Paul Millerd, author of The Pathless Path and now, Good Work
During the fireside chat, hosted by Cissy Hu (General Manager @ The Commons and writer), we'll explore:
What are the work scripts we grow up with and how do they shape the expectations for our lives?
What does it feel like to "leave money on the table" over and over again?
Can we "have it all"? aka material success, financial success, and meaning at work?
How do we reflect on the speed and rhythms that enable our best work and how do we map our goals into a non-stop culture of more?
How has Paul prioritized work that matters while his wife does the same and they take care of a daughter?

About Paul
Paul Millerd is a writer, podcaster, and curious human who left a career in consulting to explore a pathless path of freelancing, writing, and helping others rethink their relationship with work. After quitting his job in 2017, Paul began experimenting with projects that aligned with his curiosity and values, leading to the creation of his book, podcast, and other ventures (mostly failures). He writes about work, life, and living unconventionally, while traveling the world with his wife (and now daughter), embracing the unexpected turns in his journey.
