​Ben L.
Ben started his career at McKinsey and later joined the Chicago Mayor’s Office, working on economic development policy before attending Stanford GSB. While at Stanford, he founded his own practice, Elevate Advisory, working with startup CEOs, private equity firms, and venture capitalists. Today, Ben is based in NYC, where he is building a chess coaching marketplace, TownSquareChess.com, while continuing his coaching and advisory work. He earned his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Economics.

​Mario D.
A seasoned management consultant at Bain & Company, Mario has coached over 40 MBA applicants, with clients admitted to top schools like Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, and Kellogg. A Stanford GSB and Graduate School of Education graduate, Mario’s deep knowledge of the admissions process, combined with his passion for mentorship, has helped numerous applicants succeed.
