This intimate, 6-person class uses movement as a tool to help you own your presence and express yourself without overthinking.
Whether you're dancing in front of others or walking into a room, how you carry yourself matters—and in this class, you'll practice the skills that help you stop shrinking, second-guessing, or "performing" inauthentically.
No choreography to memorize. No pressure to “look sexy.” Just guided exercises, freestyle prompts, and a supportive space to help you explore how it feels to be seen, express your sensuality, and trust your movement.
Leave your heels at home. Come as you are. This is about learning how to be fully in your body—and bringing that energy with you everywhere you go.
What to bring:
Socks, pants, kneepads (optional), waterbottle
