Week 3 of "Healthy Habits 101": Sleep & Stress Management
You can’t out-supplement bad sleep.
You can’t regulate your mood if your nervous system is fried.
You can't resist sugar if you are exhausted.
This week is about resetting, not pushing—learning how stress, sleep, and your nervous system actually work, and how to create the conditions your body needs to recharge.
We’ll cover simple tools to shift out of fight-or-flight, build a wind-down routine that works, and finally understand why you feel wired and tired at the same time.
