Wear your Paiya and join us on Sunday, July 13th at 9:30 AM for an outdoor movement class. Lauren is a 200 hour RYT who creates all levels yoga flows rooted in Vinyasa Yoga. Lauren currently teaches for the Greater Brandywine YMCA and also hosts pop-up yoga events throughout Chester County. Lauren believes that yoga is and should be for everyone and strives to create an accessible and fun environment for all yogis!
