Catch-up to discuss the latest tools and developments in AI in the Old Town, followed by an optional lunch at Restaurant Nok Nok
We have the honour to host Jaan Aru, who needs little to no introduction amongst AI circles in Estonia.
An associate professor at the Institute of Computer Science, University of Tartu, Jaan has published more than 50 international scientific articles and three books in Estonian on topics covering consciousness, artificial intelligence and creativity. For his efforts in popularizing science, he has three times received the national science communication prize in Estonia. In 2019, he received the Young Scientist Prize from the President of Estonia, and in 2024, he got the National Science Award.
