About Event
Everyone loves hugs, right?
Maybe you don't? Or you know someone who doesn't want to hug you?
Is that because we really don't enjoy hugs, or might it be because we only enjoy hugs when we have a choice to fully and enthusiastically consent to be a part of the hug?
What if it were safe to say NO to the hug when someone offers?
Let's talk about how to initiate, refuse, and/or negotiate for consensual, nourishing hugs that feed both of us.
I have hugs for you - but only if you actually want them.
See you soon.
