WHAT IS THE INNOVATION LAB?
adidas is committed to tackling cultural stigmas and systemic inequalities in women's sports across Europe through the adidas Breaking Barriers Project. This 5-year initiative partners with 15 organizations and over 100 Breaking Barriers Champions to positively impact the lives of over 50,000 women and girls. Learn more at adidas Breaking Barriers.
The Innovation Lab, in partnership with Plug and Play, is a startup incubator empowering entrepreneurs to address barriers women and girls face in sports. Since 2022, 14 startups have participated in a six-month accelerator, receiving coaching, mentorship from adidas employees, networking, financing opportunities, and targeted group workshops.
