​I grew up in a rural part of Vietnam, where opportunities for women were limited. Yet, through resilience and determination, I built my career in the U.S., rising to an executive level. Along the way, I witnessed firsthand the challenges women face at work—not just in the boardroom but in everyday interactions that shape careers.

​March is International Women’s Month, a time to reflect, learn, and take action. In this workshop, I want to share eye-opening stats, research, and real experiences about the biases that hold women back—and more importantly, how we can change that.
