Sacred Women’s Circle

​Hello my loves,

​Welcome to the women’s circle. The reason I created this gathering is because I wanted to build a space where women can come together to support one another as we turn our visions into reality. The power of accountability in the pursuit of our goals and dreams is remarkable…to feel like we have the support, to be cheered on and cheer on, especially when the doubts and fears and resistance kicks in. 

​In this session we will focus on self-love practices. We’ll start with Meditation, Cacao ceremony, guided Kundalini Breathwork and movement. We will end our session with a cosmic soundbath.

​Remember, every time we level up is an invitation to step into a new version of ourselves.
