Hatha Mudra Yoga

​The yoga class I offer is for advanced students. If you know how to do khapalabathi, you'll be OK. Else, learn it before (They have some good courses, I heard on YouTube or call me to qualify).

​The class is, so far, in french. If you don't speak french, I'll switch to english, the other student I have is bilingual.

​First class is not free. Price is 25$CA. The 6th class is free if you attend five times in a row.
