Digging In: Community Garden Event
Join us on September 28th at 9 am for an extraordinary event that will leave a lasting positive impact on the Detroit community.
As MCON draws to a close, let's come together, inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's words, "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are," to make a real difference.
V DAO in partnership with Yalor and Eric [MetaCartel, and Good News Volunteers], will be hosting a PermaBlitz in the heart of Detroit.
This is our chance to regenerate the land and plant a thriving food forest that will nourish the local community for years to come.
We'll kick off the day by gathering at a nearby coffee shop (The Commons), where you'll meet the passionate people behind this initiative and hear the inspiring plan for the day ahead. Then, we'll roll up our sleeves and transform community gardens, turning an empty lot into a flourishing food forest.
This is more than just an event—it's an opportunity to leave a legacy and share regenerative living with others.
Register now and be part of something that will leave a lasting positive impact on others.
