​An invitation-only ‘partners & friends’ meeting hosted by the First Movers Coalition for Food, an initiative by the World Economic Forum, supported by Bain & Company. Food companies today are working hard to access low-carbon, sustainable food commodities. Pilot projects show huge promise but face challenges in scaling.  Other industry sectors have shown how sending an aggregated procurement demand signal and working together to address shared barriers can unlock buying at scale. We invite FMC for Food members and friends to check-in on progress and to explore the interplay of demand signals, supply side initiatives and ecosystem enablers to accelerate sustainable sourcing in food.
