About the Guest

Nya has dedicated many years to deepening her understanding and practice of the sacred feminine, beginning with yoga and evolving through Tantra Yoga, Tao Tantric Arts (the origin of the yoni egg practice), and shamanic traditions.

Through her own journey, Nya has experienced profound empowerment by connecting with the sacred within her body, viewing her emotions, sexuality, and physical form as sacred expressions of Life itself.

Her teaching approach is centered on creating a space where individuals can connect to their own inner truth and have a unique experience of how these practices can open them to greater aliveness and love.

Nya is a certified trauma-informed Tao Tantric Arts facilitator and Taoist massage practitioner, trained by Minke de Voos and Shashi Solluna (https://www.taotantricarts.com/). She is also currently a facilitator in training for Bio Dynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release.

About the Host
Kim is on a journey to rediscover what has been forgotten, exploring ways of being in deep interconnection. Growing up across different continents sparked her curiosity about belonging, (inter)connection, and purpose, which led her to yoga as a way back to herself.

As a certified Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Nidra teacher, Kim weaves in Zen-Thai Shiatsu, Sound and Reiki Healing, and ritual practices. She is passionate about reconnecting with the natural cycles of life, deconstructing internalized capitalism and (neo)colonialism, and honoring rest as resistance. From this interconnected place, she invites others to remember their way back to their bodies—moving from the heart to co-create a more beautiful world.
