​3. Offer you greater clarity for making grounded leadership decisions and communicating in uncertain times.

​We’ll be exploring and helping you answer questions like: 

​❓How well does my leadership style or identity fit my current context and what does that mean for me in my next leadership decisions?

​❓What factors about my leadership style and identity can help me make better decisions about my current or a future leadership role?

​❓How do I manage team members, peers, or other leaders who have a very different leadership style or priorities from me?

​As part of this workshop, you'll receive:

• ​A formal leadership assessment and report of your leadership preferences and associated strengths and developmental opportunities ($300 value)

• ​Content developed and led by a PhD-level leadership psychology expert

• ​Opportunity to connect with other like-minded leaders

• ​Practical tools to use after the workshop

• ​2 months free access to the Towerscope Leadership Academy community platform, which includes a private, safe discussion forum and peer consultation calls for like-minded leaders ($100 value)

​Q&A

​What if I register but then cannot attend? Is there a refund or recording offered?

​Given the administrative costs of the assessment alone, refunds are only offered if we need to unexpectedly cancel the workshop. If we cancel the workshop but you have taken your leadership assessment already, we'll offer a partial refund of $200. In that scenario, you would still receive your assessment report and a video to help you debrief it. If it's canceled before we administer the assessment, we can offer a full refund.

​If you cannot attend, you are welcome to pass your registration to a colleague would would benefit from attending.

​The workshop will not be recorded since the outcomes of the workshop heavily depend on our interactive activities and because we want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for attendees to be open and feel like they can just be themselves.

​Can my company pay for my registration?

​Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to consider exploring whether you can use company professional development funds for this purpose and are happy to share any materials you need to make the case.

​Is there any pre-work?

​Yes, you will be doing the following to prep for the workshop:

• ​Complete the DiSC Work of Leaders assessment (~20 minutes)

• ​Review the assessment debrief videos (~45 minutes, faster if you put it on a higher playback speed ;))

• ​Complete a values and priorities audit (~10 minutes)
