​Eugene Kim is a tactical, result-driven, corporate attorney, and partner at Nano Law Group. Prior to joining Nano Law Group, he practiced at Quinn Emanuel, ESK Legal Consulting, Russakow, Ryan & Johnson Associate and Gutierrez, Preciado & House, LLP. He holds a B.A., in Asian American Studies and a J.D., Law from George Washington University Law School.

​Eugene is well versed in commercial and intellectual property, business formations, corporate transactions and commercial agreements. His experience includes labor and employment, wage and hour, civil litigation on behalf of businesses, matters of corporate disputes, and representing small business owners in commercial transactions. Additionally, Eugene has defended the County of Los Angeles, the City of Los Angeles, and related public municipalities in civil litigation disputes.
