As we build toward the 2025 BKLYN MILE, we're dialing into fast, punchy workouts—and there’s no better place than McCarren Track.
Here’s the game plan:
We’ll meet at Brooklyn Running Co. – Williamsburg, lace up in HOKA demo shoes, and jog over to the track together.
Warm-up drills and dynamic stretching will be led by the crew at Finish Line PT, followed by a full track session focused on speed and group pacing. This workout will be built into the V.02 BKLYN MILE Training Plan
We’ll also touch on track and street running etiquette—because running fast doesn’t mean running reckless.
Post-workout, we’ll cool down back at BRC. and hang with the Finish Line PT team to talk recovery, training tips, and answer any injury-related questions.
