About the Speaker
Srilakshmi is a trained and seasoned behavioural science practitioner and a systems entrepreneur - meaning, a professional shifting needles in complex ecosystems to enable progressive change. Through her company Insomanywords, Sri and her team develop solutions to strengthen social, environmental and ecological impact. She is an active ageing proponent and established Vayasu brand under the Insomanywords parent. Through Vayasu, Sri and her team build tools that help the 40+ and 65+ make active ageing choices. Until now they have come up with three tools: Lets Talk Ageing, Will Checklist, and The Long Game: The Longevity Planner. In all, Sri is a leader not without insecurities and vulnerabilities, those which she reflexively learns from and works on herself. Enjoys collaborative work not just because of the high it gives. But also because co-working is a show-off of what collective intelligence can produce. A stickler for recording and sharing knowledge, Sri writes and speaks across platforms.
