Summer Company Showcase 2024
YSpace and the Markham Small Business Centre is excited to invite you to an in-person Summer Company Showcase on Thursday, August 22nd to support our Summer Company 2024 Cohort.
After completing an intensive 8-week training program in the Summer Company Program, the graduating student ventures will be showcasing their startups and selling their products/services at the Showcase.
This is an exclusive opportunity to hear from our program participants and connect with the Small Business Centre, City of Markham and YSpace, York University.

About the Markham Small Business Centre
Markham Small Business Centre (MSBC) is an innovative public and private sector alliance providing a complete source of services and programs for Markham entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Funded by the City of Markham and the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, MSBC provides Markham's aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small businesses with high quality one-on-one management consulting, educational training and the business resources needed to sustain their growth in today's competitive marketplace. MSBC also works to encourage entrepreneurship as a career option for Markham's youth.

About YSpace
YSpace is York University’s pan-university entrepreneurship and innovation hub supporting startups and entrepreneurs from a variety of sectors and communities. Our programming spans across scaling innovative technologies through customer and investor capital to scaling agri-food businesses into mass retail to diversity-focused initiatives like ELLA for women-led businesses and in partnership with Black Entrepreneurship Alliance (BEA) for Black-led businesses. We are also home to two physical hubs in the City of Markham and the Town of Georgina.
