A conversation with  Fredrick “Flee” Lee, Chief Information Security Officer at Reddit and Lanai CEO, Lexi Reese

We are pleased to welcome Fredrick “Flee” Lee, Chief Information Security Officer at Reddit, as the next speaker in our Lanai Summer Series on July 17th at 5:30 pm at Lanai HQ. Flee oversees Reddit’s Privacy and Security teams and is responsible for identifying and mitigating risks and challenges around information security, privacy, and compliance. Flee has over 20 years of experience leading global information security and privacy efforts at major financial services companies and technology startups, including as Chief Security Officer at Square and most recently as Chief Security Officer and Head of IT at Gusto.

Flee oversees the Privacy and Security teams at Reddit responsible for identifying and mitigating risks and challenges around information security, privacy, and compliance.  He’s famous for talking about making Security Lovable  (see: The key to building and instilling a security culture within an organization is to make security lovable)   On July 17th, he’ll talk about “how I learned to stop worrying and love LLM” and what GenAI at work means for CISOs, Engineers, and workplaces.
